TWO-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All Breners of London pieces are made with care and expertise. We warrant that jewellery purchased directly from us will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date you receive your finished piece.
If you believe your jewellery may have a manufacturing defect, please cease wearing it and contact us promptly so that we may arrange inspection.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair the piece or, where appropriate, replace it at no charge. Due to the natural and organic qualities of precious metals and gemstones, an exact visual match cannot always be guaranteed when replacing a component or an entire piece. In such cases, we will endeavour to achieve the closest possible result.
This warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage arising from normal wear, use, or external impact. Where inspection determines that an issue is not the result of a manufacturing defect, we will advise on available repair options and associated costs before proceeding.
Any repair, resizing, or other work carried out by a third party, without prior consultation and agreement with Breners of London, will void this warranty.
Please note that the materials we work with are natural and inherently variable. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and are not considered defects. As each piece is made by hand, very slight and inconsequential variations in craftsmanship may also occur.
LIFETIME CARE WITH BRENERS OF LONDON
We recommend regular servicing to maintain the integrity and appearance of your jewellery over time. We offer a complimentary check and clean to ensure settings remain secure and the piece is in sound condition. Where maintenance is advised, we will outline the work required, associated costs, and expected timelines in advance.
As a general guide, we recommend an annual check, with a more thorough polish or clean every few years to avoid unnecessary wear to the metal.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Warranty and complimentary servicing apply only to the original purchaser or their partner. If a piece was purchased as a gift for another individual, please contact us to discuss appropriate arrangements.
The manufacturer warranty does not cover:
Normal wear, including surface scratches, dents, and abrasions
Damage caused by impact, pressure, or accidental force
Damage resulting from improper wear, storage, or care
Loss of stones resulting from wear, impact, or continued wear of damaged settings
Bent, worn, or compromised claws or mounts not addressed in a timely manner
Distortion of settings or bands due to force or impact
Discolouration or degradation caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, or similar substances
The replacement of centre stones is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
Breners of London does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage arising from failure to maintain or protect the piece appropriately. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover this.
INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
As fine jewellery is subject to wear, loss, and theft, and as these are not covered under the manufacturer warranty, we strongly recommend that all pieces are insured.
Insurance may be arranged through a specialist jewellery insurer or added to an existing household policy. Customers should ensure coverage includes wear outside the home, travel, and international use where applicable. Breners of London cannot be held responsible where a chosen insurance policy does not adequately reflect the value or use of the piece.
