DELIVERY
Breners of London jewellery is handmade from beginning to end, so please allow 8-10 weeks for engraved pieces and 3-5 weeks for all other pieces.
All shipping is free of charge. All packages are sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx, tracked and signed for.

RETURNS
We accept returns and cancellations:
Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back & produce proof of postage/ receipt with: 14 days of delivery
All international returns must be shipped by Fedex
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
We are not liable for any damages caused after the buyer has taken possession of the item/s
If the buyer purchases a product in person they must satisfy themself of its condition and are responsible for its safekeeping after taking possession of it
Due to the nature of our products, unless they arrive damaged, we can not accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders (including items that have been sized e.g. rings that do not fit perfectly)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage and for the item's safe return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
A refund will be made once the item has been received and inspected.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Items that have been sized for a customer, such as a ring, which do not fit can be resized.
If the item was made to the size specified by the customer, but it does not fit, the customer will be charged for resizing.
However, if we did not get the size correct there will be no charge for resizing.
DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Please check the customs and import duties and regulations for your country before you buy. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, customs, or any additional local taxes or fees.
FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA-
For USA customers, Items over $2500 in value you may also be contacted by USA customs to provide more information about yourself before they release the item.
All Returns must be sent via FedEx, otherwise the customer will be liable all incurred costs.
FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS-
In Australia GST and duty is due on all imports. Please check taxes and duty rates locally.
